Wow. I went to this placar this Monday may 5,2025. We agreed on getting a car Ford . It wasn't such a good car but it was in my price range. I called them so I can send them the 2,000 through cash app. I could not find the name that they gave me so I kept calling excited to make my first payment. During the checkout process, the guy signing me out added a set of moving blankets and dolly without me asking for it. It wasn't in the truck or anywhere. I had to challenge it with uhaul after the fact since I had done everything else online. Very sketchy.

Edited to add after pickup info. og/ I haven't picked up my reservation yet but they called me telling me I had to reschedule to earlier or go to another location because they close at 12 on Saturday and don't rent the vans after. Edit: The rental process was easy, the lady checked me in with her cell phone. It was quick, and the cargo van was easy to drive. When I returned it, there was someone there to tell me where to park it when I got back.
