Jose, Service Manager, was great. His timely communications and clear explanations helped me understand the needed repairs. Workmanship appears excellent. My only concern was the high cost needed to complete the work, which is primary a result of high labor costs.
I’ve been going to Drive Auto for almost 3 years and highly recommend them over anyone else in the area. They are professional, reliable, reasonable and honest. Estimates have been on point, sometimes less than expected, with repairs/maintenance being done in a reasonable amount of time. They’ve worked on both my GMC and BMW. Thanks Drive Auto!
