Ordered an “available” part online. Received an email a day later that the “available” part was not available. Horrible customer service.
Had a large order placed with these guys for a project and simply got a notification that it was cancelled. Still have the credit card charge as pending though. No explanation of why the order was cancelled and no way to communicate with them! I've emailed but have yet to receive a response.
