This place is pretty good. Adam is my salesman and was very informative and helpful, I am on the road, burning gas, making money now and that s what matters right now. Thank You Drive Auto Group! Would definitely recommend these guys if your credit is bad, they get a lot of business from what I saw. booking an appointment with them was cake though and they treated me with respect and got me the car I needed.
I bought a car from the hartford store a van the sales guy chris was great he explained everything perfect he held my hand thru the entire sale.Even after the sale he makes it a point to check on me to make sure the car is good.And because of there program i have a really nice car go see chris in hartford for sure

This company takes advantage of all their customers due to the mere fact they dont have sufficient credit to purchase cars through legitimate banks.Is this fair? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The CUSTOMER service IS AWFUL. The cars are OVER priced.if you need to have your car serviced, if you have a balance on your bill they WILL NOT release your car until the bill is paid even if you have a payment agreement with them.they only process your payments once a day @ 4:30 pm so if your payment declines for any reason, you have to wait til the next day at 4:30 before they will release the car.i have been trying to get my car for 3 days.first day i came up with the payment amount by 4:45... read more
