Service was on time. Staff and owner very kind, helpful, respectful and professional. My car looked BRAND NEW and drives like a dream after having the entire front passenger side crushed in! Worked diligently with my insurance and kept me up to date. Didn't mind any questions or drop-bys while working on my car. And they were able to help with my deductible. I'm so glad we were referred to Drive Auto Collision. Awesome work and staff. They did an amazing job on my daughter's car. Literally looks brand new after doing additional work on the side. Omg this place was amazing! I just moved here to the El Paso area and during my move I hit a deer. My insurance was giving me such a hard time about fixing my vehicle. One of the employees from Drive seen the damage at a local gas station. He gave me his card and the rest is history. They stayed on the insurance and pushed it forward for me. Major or minor issues with our truck, Mr. Rios and his team are spot on. Very professional and truly makes you feel like YOU matter. We may have taken our truck back to them a couple of times, but parts had to be ordered, and some made it to the shop sooner than others, but all in all, we have found our forever home for our vehicles�
