Since the dealership is in MD and I'm in PA, I asked about delivery. He obliged and fixed the a/c too! One day later, I met Rob and the van in my hometown. The whole process was easy and stress free. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and although we had issues with the vehicle, Rob made sure to make everything right. Hes a stand up guy and stands behind his vehicles.
