I wish I could give 0 stars. I called ahead wanting to look at a vehicle on the lot. When I arrived the car was conveniently pulled to the front of the business and there was a man sitting out on the porch as well. As we got out of our car I expected him to stand up and greet us. Nope, he sat there and just watched us. I had to tell him I was the person who called about the car that was pulled out front. Tedd is awesome. He is extremely easy-going and let me check out a few cars, no leaning over my shoulder, and no strings attached. I explained my situation, and told him I needed to come back another day for purchase. He was able to work with me on price, and when I came back he honored the price we previously discussed. I signed the usual stack of papers, and I was all set. This was genuinely one of the easiest car purchases I've ever made. Dealerships are usually a nightmare, and very opaque about price.
