I recently moved into the Property and I’ve been really impressed with the property management team, especially Andy and Lee. They’ve been incredibly responsive, welcoming, and attentive to any questions or needs I’ve had. The communication has been smooth. Great service. Highly recommend!
Recently start a lease here. Their new property manager is responsive and helpful and the staffs are lovely.
I just left the office after leasing it for 3 years. The company is not business friendly. The building manager is totally unprofessional, arrogant and unresponsive. She is unhelpful and if there are any issues with the office (we had major leaking issues), she won’t help you at all. The building is also in low standard, bathrooms are old and not working properly. They turn light off at 5pm, so no client can visit the office.
The building manager (Selena) is unprofessional. I can't understand they hire people like her. Once you sign a contract, she will ignore you.
