I called before my appointment to confirm my time a for some reason they told me I didn’t have an appointment that day. Fernando heard my frustration and was able to help me and accommodate my request since I had taken off work. His customer service was exceptional. As I went to my appointment in the westside Azul was just as great!!! Dr. Aljaafari explained everything and was also great!!!
Had an appointment for my 2 year old and I thought she was going to cry and have a hard time since she doesn't like doctors, but they made the experience fun and peaceful!!! Definitely recommend it♥️ 10/10, every staff member was very friendly and had a great attitude specially Dr. Pina Really appreciate it
I had an appointment for my daughter at 2:45 PM. It is currently 4:26, and I have not been cleared yet. They have had me wait for just about two hours. Only one other parent and her children are here.
I recently had an appointment for my grandson at Mesa location (west side) . Monica at the front desk was very pleasant and polite Lisa, the technician worked very well with my grandson that has a disability. She was very patient and kind with him. Alex Also worked very well with him. He saw Dr. McIntosh, Who was extremely nice she explained thoroughly to me, What was going on with my grandson‘s eyes. Overall, we had a great visit. We did not wait long at all. I would highly recommend Drishti Kidz and family eyecare!
The wait was insanely long about 4 hours there and called my daughters eyelashes disgusting I will never be coming back definitely do not recommend and bad service and the doctor was insanely rude.
