Not pleased with the service. A year and a half ago we had him inspect the house we bought. Unfortunately I wasn’t there but my wife was, and all he could say for his verbal report was “well, it’s still here.” $425 for barely any closure on if there is any settlement to worry about. I did reach out again to schedule another look, and he simply never got back to me. I think he is tired of working and wants to retire. Best to look elsewhere.

They get 2 stars because they have very poor communication. Email responses are slow. After getting them everything they needed it took them 3 weeks to just tell me they had too much on their table to take my project. When it comes to building time matters and this is very unprofessional.

I had plans drawn up June through October of last year and had to really push to have corrections made and now that the building is underway, the framing team and contractor are having a tough time because it was not drawn to scale and many measurements not marked. Why do you draw up plans not to scale? There were times they did move fast and get things done and returned, but my overall opinion at this point is that I would never use them again.

Robin provides outstanding customer service! We had a challenging job with many special requests and Robin was able to make everything happen to get the permit approved. We are very grateful to Robin and Driscoll Engineering for alleviating all of our headaches in record time.

We needed plans right away to help with a permitting issue and Robin answered the phone after-hours, worked on solving the problem the next morning,, and we received everything we needed later that day. I highly recommend Driscoll Engineering for their professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness.
