Front staff and nurses very nice and attentive the Dr couldn’t even do a basic check up he lied and said he had checked her ears when he didn’t it took him another 30 minutes just to come check them again and diagnosed my baby with an acute respiratory infection how he got that beats me cause he didn’t even see in her mouth and he said she sounded good from her lungs never going back again at all

The hours are wrong. They only open at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and sunday.

Will never go back again. I get it that it’s not a family clinic and there will be a wait, but when the nurse forgets about your son and says that the doctor is seeing the more “serious” cases since ours was not important is ridiculous ! After I complained to sign paper work to leave without seeing the dr she comes back saying the dr will see him. After that we did not get the right diagnosis met Dr for two mins ( later billed 1600) and when I called to speak with billing dept because they put I did not have insurance and ap... read more

Terrible experience in the ER. If i could do -5 I would. When we get to a hospital seeking for help for our special needs non verbal daughter who is restless and hurting herself and the ER doctor said there is nothing he can do for her on a friday night. Kind of defeats the purpose of seeking emergency care. Then proceeded to ask why we didnt talk to her regular doctor during the week.
