I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. First, Who would hire an officer in place unless acts of disturbance are happening?! Second, we were asked about social number which is awkward and employer information to be checked in. Though the insurance is from marketplace and not through employer. They refused to price the visit for walk ins and cash payment. So, you check in and they hunt you with their unspecified and surprising bills after they do whatever you may need or not need. Always friendly the workers are always in a good mood and smiling ready to help! Wait time is super quick! As well as room time!
Staff were sweet. Son was treated in a timely manner. But maybe too quick to hear my concerns as I requested a medication from NP Cudd. Provider stated it was just a virus nothing can be done. I requested a certain medication she stated it was not necessary because it’s just a virus and it won’t help. So left crying and I tried to care for my son as much as possible and let the virus run its course. But now here we’re are admitted in the ER for a few days.
