I was disappointed by my experience with this service. I booked an appointment, filled out all the required paperwork, and waited several hours before receiving a call informing me they are unable to serve people with complex medical conditions. This information was not communicated upfront during the booking process. The person I spoke with was friendly but offered no alternatives or referrals, and cancelled my appointment without further discussion. Wonderful service! Even after hours and last minute, they were able to get me an IV within an hour of me calling after being bedbound by food poisoning for the entire day. So friendly and professional, and saved me a trip to the ED as I was quite dehydrated and urgent cares were closed for the day. Would definitely recommend.

Amanda was so helpful, sweet, and nonjudgmental. I’m introverted and anxious but she made me feel comfortable. I felt refreshed the next day and my migraine was gone after a good sleep. No mess no stress and no ride to the urgent care office that would’ve made me feel worse and pay more. Thank you!
