I honestly don’t understand the good reviews. I have called six different times during their normal operational hours and no one has ever picked up the phone. The response is “we are either helping other customers or closed”Pembroke is not super close to me so I want to make sure they provide a service I need before I go there. Not a single time has anyone picked up the phone and you are not asked to leave a message. I don’t understand.
Easy scheduling, fast, quality service, and good pricing. Very happy with my experience at drinkwater!
I love this place, they do a great job on installations and charge a fair price. The folks up front are friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only place I trust to do hitch and electrical alterations on my vehicles. They have done 2 Outbacks for me now and both were flawless.
On our way back to NC from Mashfield, we ran into issues with a sturdy but old Bandit trailer for our sailing skiff and a new Volvo EV. The local Volvo dealer suggested Drinkwater. Spot on, Guy identified and saw to fixing things so we could be on our way. I still owe him a personal thank you note but want to spread the good word about them!
Tom has assisted me on multiple occasions to order parts for my Aluma trailer since I couldn’t order them online. DrinkWater trailer sales is an Aluma dealer. The parts arrived in a time manner and weren’t damaged. I was very happy with the service at DrinkWater trailer sales.
