My buyers signed closing documents on 5/12/2025, and we had a wonderful experience at Driggs Title Agency! The receptionist was very friendly and even helped us take pictures after signing. She also offered snacks and drinks to my buyers, which made them feel welcomed and appreciated. Good at first, but when it came down to the numbers the math wasn't correct... promised things that we later realized they couldn't promise in the first place. Seller agreed to repair money and Driggs didn't cut us a check for repairs. It seemed they were more on the best interest of the seller side. Worst experience we get for a first time homeowner.
Recently, I sold a property and my agent use Kyle Wallace and Driggs Title to process the closing. The buyer ended up needing a few days extended to the original close date. My agent and the buyer reached an agreement to pay a per diem due to the extension. Kyle made an error and forgot to include this payment that was supposed to be credited to me during the selling. Horrible experience. The buyer picked this company. The person we worked with was rude to my realtor even ignored him when he needed to speak with her. Way to many bad things to list just know I would never recommend them or use them again.
