I do small engine repairs out of my own garage and I buy 99% of all my parts from these guys . I have never had a bad experience and the customer service is great . John and Tyler knows what they are doing in the parts dept.
WORST company ever to deal with.....they do NOT honor Manufacturers warranty procedure....Ryobi is now referring their customers to a different small engine company because of Driggers policy..... Ryobi has a book provided to every repair company authorized to work on their products...the serial number is listed in the Flat Rate Manual PROVING the product is under warranty..... Driggers REFUSES to honor the warranty work without the original receipt...Why would a subcontractor question the manufacturer???...Ryobi was NOT hap... read more
What a pleasant surprise today! when I came by to get less than $10 worth of parts to fix an old four stroke weedeater, and the young lady knew exactly what I needed and did not try to upsell me on a new piece of equipment. What a beautiful store and I will be coming back
