Stopped by to check to see if they have a part. The counter person started helping me until the phone rang. Then I stood there while the counter person proceeded to assist the person on the phone. No thanks. I invested in a trip and time to come to your establishment.

Dropped off a mower asking for the PTO clutch to be replaced as it was broken. Tell me might be a little over two weeks. Two weeks rolls around I receive a call telling me it’s my PTO clutch its bad...which I already knew and was why I dropped it off. So I give the go ahead yet again, only to hear back another few weeks later to tell me the clutch was broken on it as well...so over a month later and nothing has been done with or to my mower. bought a exmark on sale lowestlike price. Now i come back next month 300 cheaper...???wtf. ??? never again if they need the 300 that bad tjey should start a go fund me page.
