there is a serious problem with ticks , a major infestation ! hopefully something will be done to take care of this.
So I never thought I would buy in a trailer park but wish I had known years ago that I would hit the jackpot. I never have to leave the grounds and have met some of the most amazing people and would never have been able to have the best summers had I bought a house on the island. If you have never thought about it think...the cheapest way to spend the the summers down the shore but in an environment where you can feel like your up the mountains. The best of both worlds.
I am in the B section and just wish they would enforce the 11 o clock curfew and the helmets for the children along with the 5 mph speed limet. Betty and steve are great but the rest of the staff aren't friendly or helpful at all. I reported I had one of my garden statues stolen and then they seemed like who cares.
I loved the place. Great community. Great people. Clean. They were helpful. Kids had a blast. The pools were clean and refreshing. Activities were great. Will definitely be coming back next year
This place is going to shit!!! The way that this business is being ran is embarrassing. They raise the fees every year but yet can't keep the general store refrigerator stocked with ice cream for the kids. The speeders in the park continue to go above the speed limit and nothing is done.
