I have seen Lauren 3 times now and my experience has been fantastic. I have been having issues with my hips, lower back and upper thoracic area and I can already tell that I am on the path to lasting recovery for my active lifestyle. She is extremely knowledgeable, she explains everything that she is doing and recommends exercises to do for homework. On top of that she is probably the most professional healthcare provider that I have had. I highly recommend.
Lauren has helped me so much with so many different issues, the difference is amazing. Her knowledge is incredible and she teaches me things that support me in between visits. I've had chronic back pain for over 40 years. I decided to go to Driftwood Osteopathy as I had thrown it out so bad that I could barely walk. One session, just one and my back has never felt this good. Lauren is sensitive, caring, listens and really knows what she's doing. I'm so grateful to her!
