Went for a cleaning and specifically told hygienist to only do what was covered by insurance. When finished, she tells me the only thing not covered by insurance was the antibacterial rinse, which she had already done. She stated “we do that for everyone “. So I ended up being charged $35 for basically a mouthwash rinse that I didn’t ask for and specifically asked that I not be charged for.
