I highly recommend Annie Dries. I feel comfortable discussing very difficult thoughts & feelings. I love her communication style & how she explains things to me. She is genuinely kind, nonjudgmental, thoughtful, & friendly. She helps me focus towards progress of processing my thoughts & feelings. I hope this info helps you get help soon.
