I think the rent is a bit to high for what you are getting. Single pane windows with NO weather stripping. The wind literally blows right through them. I had to seal and soundproof the bedroom windows. The trash dumpsters are open to the public. No locks, no cameras, just a complete free for all. Homeless people living in the hallways. The laundry is a joke. We have 2 washers and 2 dryers. We went 2 months with just one washer. One of the dryers is getting ready to break. God awful sound coming from a bad bearing. I’ve had a really good experience living here. The staff is always nice and easy to work with, and whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve been helpful and quick to get things taken care of. The property is generally quiet and well kept, and I like that it’s close to stores and other things I need within walking distance or to access a bus stop.
