It would be nice if the majority of the tenants would take care of where they live and teach they're kids to do the same. Blaring car stereos, the stench of smoking dope, litter all over the grounds and illegal dumping of trash. It baffles my brain that people can just do "whatever" and not be considerate of neighbors or property that doesn't belong to them. How can is it that the Hispanics that have lived here for a few years still can't speak English? Are they legally here???😐
DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE MEXICAN! The owners only care for there own kind. There is never any parking because at least 3 generations are leaving in 1 apartment. They steal packages, steal things off cars, hot water never works, etc. This is not the place to live!
Parking sucks and havnt had hot water for 2 months now. After about 5 minutes in turns icey cold
