Office Staff is very friendly and professional. Maintenance is 24 hrs ready to fix anything broke. Maintenance man Jesus is always amazing and overly caring.
It would be nice if the majority of the tenants would take care of where they live and teach they're kids to do the same. Blaring car stereos, the stench of smoking dope, litter all over the grounds and illegal dumping of trash. It baffles my brain that people can just do "whatever" and not be considerate of neighbors or property that doesn't belong to them. How can is it that the Hispanics that have lived here for a few years still can't speak English? Are they legally here???😐
