The key pad on the doors will randomly not work, locking you out of your apartment. You can submit or call for emergency assistance but will take hours. I have a 2 bedroom with a roommate, and they only gave us 1 key- so not very preventable using the key instead. This place is also way too expensive with no real amenities. Just go elsewhere
Great place to live in an awesome location with a stellar management company! Every work order was prompt, they are proactive with renewals and don't rent gauge, the units are beautifully remodeled highly recommend driftwood
Just moved out. Every nail, in every wall, had insane amounts of bugs come out of the walls. No windows seal here, doors either. We got sick year round at this place. Now we know why.. photos shows the wall after I removed one screw… I will add that my move out cost was $200 paint (have 2 kids) and a couple fan remotes we lost. We kept this place perfect year round. They tried to charge me $650 for finding these bugs in my apartment, as if it was my fault. Terrible management company. They did not show up for the showing we scheduled with them and no one answered my calls when I had been waiting for 45 minutes. Then after they missed the viewing without saying anything they sent an email to me claiming that I missed the viewing and asked if i wanted to reschedule. Absolutely unprofessional
