I encourage everyone to not bother with this property they tried to tell you a lot about the specials and then when it's time for you to sign the lease they change everything and have you paying more than what they actually said when you first met. so be careful they will hurry up and try to lock you in a lease within 48 hours if you are approved but make sure that the prices is the same as they said when you first went to go see them because they will switch up on you and lock you in a lease and if you try to say you do not... read more

I called them a couple weeks later asking if I could move in a week earlier than my move-in date because I had orientation at the college and the hospital, but they said that the apartment was still being cleaned and they were getting it ready for me to move in and it would not be finished until my actual move-in day. Please, please I beg you to not move here. Save yourself and family time. please. They cannot keep a manager for nothing. If you come to look at the model home trust me its not the same. I promise. Ask to speak with some tenants and see if they will let you have a quick peak around. Stuff NEVER EVER gets fixed. Google other reviews for these people. Stuff like meds go missing all the time. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! If you haven't noticed most of these reviews are really old! I moved to Berkshire Manor West apartments Sep 2013 no sooner than being in the apartment for two months there was a terrible smell that would come through my apartment each time my neighbors cooked something! It smelled like rotten fish! I called maintenance and their idea of fixing the smell was giving me a heavy duty air freshener and suggesting I go to the dollar general and get other air fresheners. Hi, I've lived at Berkshire Manor West for a little over 2&1/2 years. The staff are very friendly, maintenance crew if any situation arise will fix it quickly and efficiently. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, library and computer room that exist on the property, not to mention that there is a shopping center very close by within a short walking distance complete with a grocery store. Berkshire Manor West is a very safe place to live and you will ENJOY living there.

i suggest that nobody moves into this apartment complex!! unless you want bed bugs and german cockroaches!! the management here has NO IDEA what they are doing and they like to talk nasty about people in comas who are in the hospital. i know this because i was the one in the hospital and the MANAGER of this apartment complex was talking nasty to my family before Lauren (the manager) knew it was my family. Awesome--really nice staff and good space – We just moved here after living across the street in Berkshire Manor for two years. We had a good experience at Berkshire Manor (same company), but we needed more space (we were in a one bedroom over there), so my husband and I decided to move to one of the two bedrooms over here. They have been nothing but good to us since we got here. There was a blown fuse and they fixed it immediately, there was a door that stuck a little bit and they fixed that immediately too. THIS PLACE SUCKS – I MOVED HERE ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO.LET ME JUST 1ST TELL YOU THAT THERE WERE SOME REALLY BAD COMMENTS ON HERE THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED.1ST OF ALL THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU FREE CABLE AND INTERNET..THE CABLE IS GREAT..THE INTERNET NEVER WORKS ON WEEKENDS. Great apartment experience – I just moved into Berkshire West in September 2006. I love it here. I have not had any problems with my apartment and both the maintenance and office staff are a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend it. It's very convenient to have most of the utilities included.
