They ripped me off my rent money on CHRISTMAS – Old, moldy,,,expensive for what you get and the staff is mean and uncooperative. Around christmas time of 2007, I put my rent (money order) in the rent box assuming that management will pick it up the next day with no problems, to my surprise, I get a fax at work the next day stating that I needed to pay rent, I remebered that I forgot to put my name on the money order, I only put the apartment number and made it payable to the apartments, it was also around christmas time like... read more

Very quiet – I lived in building 16 for a year, and never had a major problem with this complex. The office personnel was nice, and it was always EXTREMELY quiet on the grounds and in the apartment (it had thick walls). The parking was excellent (we always parked right next to our buiding), and the apartment seemed huge. My roommate and I had to call maintenance once, and they responded within 24 hours.
