I have been living here for about 3 years, since new management has transitioned it has been such a horrible experience living here. Starting with main office staff, it’s been quite a bit of unprofessional experiences I have encountered with the women and the manager. Almost feels like you are invading there space when it comes to wanting to speak to them. Yaliena (Hope I spelled that right) was fantastic when we were starting the rental process, very informative and super nice! I just moved in this apartment about a month ago and so far I haven’t had anything happen. The apartments are nice sized for the price. Yeah they are a little old but it’s an apartment it’s to be expected! The property is fairly nice! We needed to transfer to a 1 bedroom unit last month May when our lease ended and Yaneli helped us through the process of moving. She was very informative and kept us updated within the process and even helped us save money as well which was a very big help. After our move we needed maintenance to fix a few things and they came next day and resolved the issues. We had a very smooth and easy transition within our move and so thankful that we had Yaneli to help us!
