Friendly office and love my apartment just don't like when I moved in, so many things were damaged or not working. And definitely don't like the ants I try to keep up with it, maintenance is pretty good, jamaar I think his name is great! And does a great job! The trash is a little hectic but not an issue. But most part people stay to themselves and neighbors aren't too nosey.. The stairs are but again not a big issue. Any issues just go in and let them know, they will do what they can! UPDATED REVIEW. I wasn’t being fully transparent and the last thing I want to be is deceptive. I’ve demonstrated Grace on several accounts. Not necessarily receiving the same genuine energy back which is disappointing. I was so excited to move in! But I’ve sadly had so many issues and road blocks with the people here. Off and on. Tierra who is one of the office staff is so amazing! She definitely made me feel very welcomed, seen and heard. So empathetic yet professional! She definitely brings the light to Driftwood. Tierra goes above and beyond for the residents.❤️ And, James the office manager was very supportive and sufficient to my needs as well. I highly recommend the Driftwood apartment homes. ☺️
