Been asking for help and still have not received it after months of asking. the neighbor smokes cigarettes so my apartment smells like cigarettes and I’ve asked and asked nothing is still not done. literally cannot live like this. You would think the owner would do something after the complaints. Becoming a health hazard at this point.

2019 - 2021 I felt safe. The apartment was clean and sprayed for bugs continually. No swimming pool for that year. Great air and heating. The rent went up in one year about $100 but I'm sure it does everywhere. I like living there so much.
