My counselor dropped me as a client because she didn't have the training to help me and didn't want to get trained (her words, not mine). So apparently I had too many problems to be seen there but not enough to need to keep seeing a counselor. Lol
Terrible customer service. I've been on the waiting list for over a month now. I got a call that there might be an opening to get me or my kids in. By the time I had a chance to call back, they said they had already booked our slot. I wonder if this place is sensitive to the fact that people are in need of mental health services or if they truly just don't care.
