I highly recommend Driftless to anyone looking for therapy. I have been going here for over a year and a half. My therapist is amazing! I know it can be frustrating because there is a high need for mental health services and most places are full. Highly recommend! From office staff to therapist, all are great!
Terrible customer service. I've been on the waiting list for over a month now. I got a call that there might be an opening to get me or my kids in. By the time I had a chance to call back, they said they had already booked our slot. I wonder if this place is sensitive to the fact that people are in need of mental health services or if they truly just don't care. My counselor dropped me as a client because she didn't have the training to help me and didn't want to get trained (her words, not mine). So apparently I had too many problems to be seen there but not enough to need to keep seeing a counselor. Lol
