Jeff is incredible and this place is my monthly oasis!! 10/10 recommend for anyone who is looking for a reset in the busyness of their life. Jeff walked me through everything my first time and it’s all inclusive! Shower is in the room so I just walk in with my phone and keys (and hairbrush).
I am in LOVE with floating. I know it sounds a little strange, but have you tried it? Total relaxation. The feeling of weightlessness is the best. All of my joints and muscles get the break they deserve. The first float was a little strange because it was something new. I had to figure out what the most comfortable position was for me. Truly amazing to mediate
Both the Sauna and Float services are amazingly refreshing. Very clean environment. Jeff has always been very nice and informative. Would recommend to anyone wanting to relax and feel rejuvenated.
