We had a wonderful waitress. She was smart and quick and worked really really hard but was the only waitress for 30+ customers. This is the second time that we’ve noticed it at this restaurant Another worker was folding napkins, and the coffee person had no orders and was restocking.
It is my favorite place to eat but usually the service can be slow/not the best. However today Gina and Theo especially took such an excellent care of us and helped us so much, especially with accommodating our seating.
Our server was incredibly slow and did not check on us at all other then to take our orders. Kitchen was incredibly backed up, took over an hour to get our food after getting our drinks which also took 15 minutes. Restaurant was only half full but food was good. Witnessed another table being forgotten about by another server as well. As a server myself, I am understanding of the kitchen situation, but very disappointed by the service.
The wait was not worth the food at all. We spent an hour after getting drinks waiting for our food. Worst part of all that is that it wasn’t even slammed for them to be backed up!!
