Rude customer service. I was in the store this afternoon and “assisted” by an older gentleman at the lumber desk. I asked if they sold plywood smaller than 4x8 sheets. I was told no. I asked if they had the ability to cut it im smaller sheets. He said yes and rudely told me but not on the weekends. Then I asked if I could place an order to be picked up tomorrow afternoon. RecommendedHuge shout out to Holly in the paint dept for being Helpful and an all-around good person! While being stuck in our house we decided to start painting and realized we had the wrong supplies. My husband is at high risk for complications with COVID so we can’t go out into the general public for a while. I've been coming to Dries Hardware for 23 years since we moved to Macungie. Their service is great, polite smiling clerks, key duplicates always work, good screen repairs. Contractor accounts and discounts. Quality lumber. They support our community organizations. St Ann's appreciates your yearly support. Daren and Ed are very helpful.
I would like to give a big shout out to the 3 men that helped me yesterday l had to change a shower cartridge I had no idea what I was doing but to no avail they showed me the part to remove the old one. went back with part of the old part the gentleman showed and told me how to remove the rest a d install the new one.
