Dr. Hear has been awesome since the moment I meant with Jenika. She took her time with me by thoroughly explaining my Starkey device, how to use the app, and ensuring that everything felt comfortable. I had some horrible experiences and felt discouraged but after meeting with her, I am back to clearly hearing with a comfortable hearing aid.
Professional Fast Service. My son had an urgent problem with his swimming mold. It was 2:00 on a Friday before a weekend meet. Called a few other places that did not even know what I was talking about. I called Dr Hear. Talked to the receptionist. After a few minutes Dr. Wiseman picked up the phone. Re-assured me everything would be OK and sent us to his office on Alessandro. There we saw a different doc. He made a new temporary mold on the spot and we were on our way. 😀
