When I first visited Dr Al Hariri he did some pressure tests. After he said I had nerve damage from both hands to elbows and feet up to both knees and would have his office do a nerve test in a couple of weeks. During his initial pressure test I inform him that I have hand arthritis and didn't think I had nerve damage. He abruptly raised his voice and told me not to argue. There are about 6 people working behind the counter and it takes forever to get signed in, the office is set up like it’s the 80’s or 90’s handwritten prescriptions, you can’t email the doctor, when you call you’re on hold forever, handwritten messages are delivered to the doctor and it takes them forever to respond to messages. The entire practice needs a revamp from administration standpoint. The doctors are fine but the process is enough to give you a migraine. Messages are not returned in a timely manner. If I could give this office a negative 5, I would. This is the absolute worst office and most frustrating experience ever!! The doctor is never there, they do not answer phones at all on Mondays and the rest of the week is a hit or miss. Calls are ingnored, dropped, not returned....Carly in the office actually hung up on our case manager who tried to get information regarding my dad's recent dx of Parkinson's.
