I had another incident where the system was calling for heat but the blower wouldn't come on. I went to the unit and did not see anything in alarm on the Navien display screen. I went to the blower and flipped the switch on/off and the fan came on. I called DRG and they sent Mike, along with another tech, so asses the situation. They responded fast and they were transparent with costs out front. Walked us through everything they found so we knew what was needed.
The service technician was courteous and professional. They were greeted at the door by my 2 dogs as they put on their overshoes. The technician was here to troubleshoot the HVAC system that had not been heating the house during the day and then it just shutdown. None of their checks revealed anything but they continued with their due diligence.
