Damage caused by Plumber – Our toilet was clogged and we called DRF. The plumber came in and used a snake to unclog our toilet. $120 later and within 5 minutes he unclogged it, but scratched up our brand new toilet in our newly built home. We called to complain and George, the man in charge, was very unhelpful and said he would give us a $25 gift card at home depot. Then he called us back two days later waking us up on the weekend.
