I leave one of the Apt. properties manage by this company ( Glen Willow Apt. and My. The don't take care of solve any property related issues raised by tenants. Only curious about money making. Getting huge gas bill in their property, called several times and they just have a template answer, "we will look into this" but no action s after that. The tenants end up paying high bills for no reasons and will be fined extra if not paid on time. Very poor management that swindles money from.tenants and can't be of any more trust.
