This property management company needs an organizational consultant to assist with improving how they run their business. The lack of communication is despicable. They neglect the tenants needs and concerns at all property locations. Tenants have asked for cameras due to criminality in the area of these properties. I Moved to 8600 Apt, 8600 16 Street, on Sat 08/10/24, and I'm TOTALLY SHOCKED, re: Calling The Maintenance Emergency Phone #, 7+ times, already, and Tonight, I've made 3, of Those Calls, for Urgent Emergency Service, re: A Brand New Toilet Just Replaced, on Wed, 09/18/24, The Old Broken Toilet Commode, which was Pasted back, with Krazy Glue (apparently Done by The Last Unit Occupant,) and I Must Say, The Maintenenceman Charles, Did A Great Job! I leave one of the Apt. properties manage by this company ( Glen Willow Apt. and My.
