I will never take my Subaru anywhere other than D&R. After starting out with another Subaru service center in Indy last year, I was worried that all service centers were going to be like "that" place. I am happy to admit that I was wrong. Dreyer & Reinbold Service is unmatched. Specifically John Stephenson. I never have to reach out to get an update on my Subi. He always calls to keep my in the loop of what's going on. They found an issue during an inspection. Had my vehicle in and out. John's customer service is out of this world! My daughter loves how they service my car that she bought a subaru too!
absolutely insane place, I took my car in for an issue I received a warranty letter and they are trying to charge a diagnostic fee that the salesman didn’t disclose it wouldn’t be covered by the warranty. I got nowhere w/ the rep who was trying to stick me with a fee I’m not responsible for per warranty, then was sent to a manager who needs to learn how to listen empathetically to customers, not interrupt them or take an attitude while speaking with them. pushing customers to the point where they are frustrated/upset, then g... read more
