The worst clinic ever. My first visit was on November 2018. I've got treatment, I've spent a lot of money, but the problem still exists. So I went to other clinic in July 2019. Diagnosis was wrong. It was absolutely no reason to do all that treatment. The worst part is billing. I paid my copays, but the submitted claims from different providers, while I've seen the same provider for six visits. Been going to Dreyer for years, have a few issues with a couple of the Ortho doctors but now that Advocate took over it has gone to hell! Staff does not care about you or even responding to you, I have been calling daily for a week and a half. Tried to get a supervisor and that didn't even work! Time to get my medical records and be gone. Not worth my frustration.....incompetent is being nice!

Sub standard care. Nurses are on their phones and talking about their boyfriend's instead of taking care of patients. Went here after work accident to have stitches removed and take post accident drug test. Should not have to wait 2 hours for the intake process. When asked if I could take my drug test because I had to use the bathroom, I was told by the intake lady that I wasn't special and would have to wait. They are excellent doctors and professionals and very clean place, excellent nurses and the assistants.
