I would like to share my experience I had this week with the installation of my Wall Mirror. Micheal McWilliams from Drexler Glass did the installation. He did an amazing job. He came to my home and did the measurements for the wall unit. He was so particular and accurate with his measurements. He took his time to make sure that everything was perfect. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend this company! I have a framed shower door that’s been gradually having issues closing and no longer closes at the bottom. After calling around to 5 total companies that work with shower doors, Drexler Glass is the only company who returned my calls. At first they weren’t sure they would be able to help and they were the only ones who stayed in touch with me and set up an appointment to come look at my problem. This was the best experience I have had in a long time dealing with a company. Jeremy Spence was there from the beginning, answering the phone when I first called. He was so helpful with what we wanted and needed. We went to the showroom and picked out what we wanted. Jeremy then sent someone to measure. About 2 weeks later the doors were ready - we got 3 set of double sliding bathtub doors. Michael and Ethan were the installers - and they were fantastic. So efficient and nice. Drexler is a wonderful company that I enjoy doing business with! They are very responsive. Quotes are received promptly. Great communication. When mistakes happen, they step up, accept responsibility and handle it quickly. My installation team - Ethan and Kevin were professional and did a great job. They also cleaned up after the work. I will always use Drexler!!!
