I was initially concerned about how thorough the A/C preventive maintenance would be, but the technician took time to explain each step and ensured everything was in proper working order.
The repair took about two hours, which seemed appropriate given they had to replace a faulty capacitor and test the system thoroughly. The technician explained everything clearly and even checked the air filters, which hadn't been done on previous visits with other companies. 👍
Quick maintenance, system runs smoothly now.
