Instead of taking people's outdoor welcome mats, DBrook should clean the floors of buildings a couple times a year at least
I have been living here for almost 12 years and this place is very good. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rent for the apartments are reasonable for Delaware County. The neighbours are extremely friendly and you are close to grocery markets and public transportation. Any maintenance calls are done in a reasonable time. I definitely would recommend this place to live.
The place is nice in itself and the maintenance team is great! However, I just keep having mice problems and it's annoying. I do like the walkable area and parks. Hopefully they get better with pest control
