I know a lot of people rave about this place and it is nice up until you have an issue that needs to be addressed. We are currently being harassed by the family on the bottom floor and his friend and their kids who live in the apartment below us. They yell into the vents 24/7. They come out their front door just to bang into ours if we make any amount of noise and run back inside after doing this. They yell at us when we come and go from our apartment. This review is for Drexelbrook Maintenance only! Thank you Evan Ned the Maintenance worker that came to service my apartment this morning. He was extremely nice, polite and professional! I appreciate him giving me information on the problem at hand.
I would like to commend Drexelbrook maintenance team. My refrigerator went out and Connie had Paul there in a few hours. When it was determined that it could not be repaired I had a replacement within the hour. Paul was extremely helpful and made sure everything was done correctly.
