This is my second time living in Drexelbrook, and I love it here! The leasing staff is very helpful and friendly, and maintence is fantastic. My heater wasn't working and maintence was there within an hour to fix the issue. The grounds are well maintained, and its a safe and quiet neighborhood. The fitness center is a great perk too. I've recommended Drexelbrook to several friends over the years.
This place was family owned until about 5 years ago. Then it was very well managed and very well maintained. DO NOT RENT.
If I could give no stars, I would I’ve been living here for a little bit 2 and a half years and the apartments themselves are older yes but they’re small and cozy and just what you need. My only complaint about the apartments itself is how thin the walls are, and you can literally hear everything. But dealing with management, maintenance, the girls in the office. The community itself is very nice — the gardens are well‑kept, the neighbors are friendly, and the overall environment has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend moving in for two main reasons. 1.
