I moved out just yesterday after living here for 1 1/2 years. This is bittersweet, and I’m only moving due to work reasons. I’d like to conclude my time here with this review. My experience was truly 5/5. The community is very quiet, welcoming, and clean, with a ton of various shops and additions that make it feel like home. Drexelbrook management is failing residents. Parking is unenforced, and resident needs are neglected. A primary concern is the apparent lack of enforcement of non-resident parking restrictions. This has resulted in a significant reduction of available parking for current residents, who already face limited parking options - leaving us subject to towing, with a tow fine of $500 CASH for one night?? I got recommended here from some older family sounds like it used to be a good place to live. The only good thing is the maintenance team. The fact people own dogs when its against the lease should have been what I needed to not come here. Its not the only way they break their own lease. Garbage is taken out b4 9am on weekends. Our neighbors argue long hours and after 9pm we started complaining April 2024 and it is now January 2025, they still have done nothing.
