Drexelbrook has pretty much everything a single person or new family could need. The maintenance team is fantastic, and the woman at the maintenance desk is always kind and helpful. The management office, however, specifically the property manager couldn’t be more of a letdown. This woman will yell in a resident’s face, belittle them, and somehow manages to run the place like a bad high school clique. I have lived here since last February. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and professional during my signing up process. I often stop by just to say hello and they are always friendly. As great as they are Connie and the maintenance staff are exceptional. I’ve had to call them three times (nothing to serious) and their response has been excellent. The requests are handled quickly and correctly. I am very grateful for their service.
The only reason this place is getting two stars is because maintenance was very responsive and helpful. Other than that the ladies at the office (who stink of cigarettes) make you feel like an idiot for making complaints about neighbors who scream bloody murder 24/7. My husband and I were forced to move because they wouldn’t handle the screaming banshees we lived above. Not to mention the mouse problem. Also, they claim to be dog free yet people blatantly walk their dogs around everywhere and don’t bother to clean after it. ... read more
