I have lived here since last February. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and professional during my signing up process. I often stop by just to say hello and they are always friendly. As great as they are Connie and the maintenance staff are exceptional. I’ve had to call them three times (nothing to serious) and their response has been excellent. The requests are handled quickly and correctly. I am very grateful for their service.
The only reason this place is getting two stars is because maintenance was very responsive and helpful. Other than that the ladies at the office (who stink of cigarettes) make you feel like an idiot for making complaints about neighbors who scream bloody murder 24/7. My husband and I were forced to move because they wouldn’t handle the screaming banshees we lived above. Not to mention the mouse problem. All the leasing ladies do is gossip and smoke cigarettes outside . Don’t let these good reviews fool you they are good for asking people to write good reviews and then gift them Amazon gift cards. So much going on with this place from them not “allowing dogs” but seeing so many dogs in this community .
Tomorrow marks my partner and I’s one month of living at Drexelbrook. From day one our lives became so much more peaceful, and I would like to give a special thanks to Kristianna for making us feel right at home at the start! I have never felt more cared for by anywhere else I have rented. The neighborhood is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and friendly.
