MAC Properties. I was told before I rented from MAC that it was not a good rental property company, customer service was terrible and prices were high. I decided to go with them, anyway, because I liked the apartment even if it is on the 3rd floor (yikes!). The rent was high but it's Hyde Park, so what do you expect? It's an old apartment but that is typical of Hyde Park, and I am comfortable with that. As for the customer service, I've found them to be responsive and professional.
