MAC Properties. I was told before I rented from MAC that it was not a good rental property company, customer service was terrible and prices were high. I decided to go with them, anyway, because I liked the apartment even if it is on the 3rd floor (yikes!). The rent was high but it's Hyde Park, so what do you expect?
