Always hornet nest and no upkeep. Ontop of that, I rented 2 storage units for alittle over a year and a half and then condensed it to one in November and they still made me pay December which is fine ($75 each) then at the beginning of the year with my taxes I sent the guy mark a text and asked him if I could pay February and March in advance which was done.
