SLUMBLORDS............... I PAY 1500 FOR A COCKROACH INFESTED APARTMENT. I HAVE THE ORKIN REPORT THAT I WILL GLADY SHARE. THEY APPEAR TO NOW BE ASKING KNEW RENTERS FOR 1800.00 PER MONTH. THIS UNIT HAS HAS NO CENTRAL AIR, NO WINDOW UNITS, NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES......IN MY OPINION...........DEPLORABLE!!!!!!!

I appreciate being able to rent from Drexel Properties because when I first tried to rent and didn't they still stayed in contact with me for other opportunities. When I was ready, apartments were available thanks to the great communication I had with the company. I love my place and appreciate the quick responses to inquiries.

I'm in love with my very spacious apartment. It's a clean and well secured building.The management checks in on a regular basis to make sure all is great with your unit. I highly recommend this management for a lovely 2 bedroom apartment.
