I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Drexel Metals. I had a new roof put on my house in 2020. Within a year or so, I noticed some discoloration on my roofing panels. I initially felt concerned and unsure of where to turn. I first contacted the original contractor who quickly absolved himself of the problem and provided me with Drexel's contact information. I had a metal roof installed in 2020. Over time as it has weathered, the color has shown to be different on 5 different groupings of panels scattered across my entire house and detached garage. It is very noticeable most days. I reached out to Drexel in November of 2022 and someone came out in December. Since December, I have called that same person 2-3 times a month, and he even came out again last month, yet Drexel has never done anything about it, six months later. I just keep calling and getting the runaround.
