I called first thing this morning about 7:30am feeling totally defeated that my air conditioner stopped running.Jim talked me off the cliff and had it running before noon. He went over and explained everything that was wrong and most importantly was easy to deal with. Trust 100% will never call anyone else.There is no point in it. Thank you so much!!
Jim did an outstanding job installing our new AC system. From start to finish, he was incredibly thorough, professional, and detail-oriented. He didn’t just complete the installation, he took the time to address other related concerns and made sure everything was running efficiently and safely. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that level of care really shows. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we were comfortable with the system before he left. Highly recommend.
Have used Drexel HVAC a couple of times, most recently while away on business on a frigid morning, heat not working and I get an early morning text from my bride. Timely expert service every time. Highly recommended.
Came home to find my heat not working, contacted Jim and he was able to come out same day and get me up and running within a couple hours. Great service and affordable, would highly recommend!!
I’d give Jim all the stars available! He came on July 4th to put in an AC unit for me. He spent so much time here on the evaluation and explained and showed me everything. Never pressured me into making a decision and gave me options. Jim also came by with a window unit so it was so hot until he could do the installation. I’d recommend him without hesitation
