I originally left the following Google Review 4 years ago: Just called to try and make an emergency appointment on a Friday at 12:18pm. I was immediately told that they were closed (even though their website says 2pm). Then there was a long pause, so I suggested "Well would I be able to make an appointment for Monday?". The woman responded by letting me know that they would also be closed on Monday, even though their website says they are open on Mondays. RecommendedThe hygienist is so sweet, friendly and does a great job!! The doctors and assistant made me feel very comfortable as well they are very welcoming.
The customer service here is terrible. Neither the dentists or receptionists care to be through in their explanations and will suck every penny out of you that they can...as long as it doesn't cause them extra work.
Went to get my teeth cleaned today after not seeing a dentist for a year and a half. I was surprised the hygienist took 10 minutes to clean my teeth. I can still feel parts of my teeth that still have build up. Probably my last visit to this office
The staff and Dr Tewari are amazing ! ! Everyone is so nice , kind , gentle and professional.
Had opportunity to visit the clinic which is very clean and the dental work done by Dr Tewari was amazing. It was just a painless treatment. Dr tewari himself is a great person by heart and professionally.
Worst experience ever! Dr. Trewari made dentures for the wife and lowers never fit right. Went back over 15 times and still didn't fit right so sent us directly to the lab and said if they can't do anything he'd make new lowers. The lab was a house where a man with no shoes or socks and only tee shirt and shorts answered and said he couldn't do anything and he'd call Trewari to tell him to make new lowers.
