I posted an inquiry for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was considering- Drew was the first to respond, even tho it was end of the workday on a Friday-and he agreed to meet me at the dealership first thing Monday morning. He was punctual ( I was late! ) and very professional and efficient. He did a careful inspection and even took the car for a brief test drive. Drew saved me. My car died, couldn’t be jumped. Called Drew, he suspected quickly it was the alternator, and he quickly gave me a quote for replacement. His price was very fair. I called around and his price was actually better than local shops, and i wouldn’t have to pay for a tow truck or wait a few days for a shop’s availability.
