Was in Napa when my van broke down, Drew came out and fixed it. Drew showed up quickly and came up with a plan to get me on the road home. He had great communication and did exactly what he said he would and in the time he said. Highly recommend him!
I posted an inquiry for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was considering- Drew was the first to respond, even tho it was end of the workday on a Friday-and he agreed to meet me at the dealership first thing Monday morning. He was punctual ( I was late! ) and very professional and efficient. He did a careful inspection and even took the car for a brief test drive.
