Oswald I was great and very detailed. They spent over 5 hours at our house cleaning the air ducts and also said our coils and out side unit needed cleaning. Wow did they ever. We live in an old historic home and the ducts are original and needed the full treatment. I highly recommend Drew's duct Cleaning. They were on time right at the beginning of our time frame and stayed until the job was done and the pictures proved they were worth every penny.
