Used to be nice now a horrible place to live and management is terrible & the property is ran poorly
This property continues to suffer from serious and recurring issues that make it difficult to recommend. Safety remains a major concern, especially after a highly publicized attempted armed robbery took place inside the building, and mold growth hidden behind walls despite the presence of concierge staff and supposed security features. To make matters worse, the front gate has been left broken for weeks, leaving residents feeling exposed.
The complex staff has no respect for residents with disabilities. Handicap spaces are constantly being taken by people without placards, and management does nothing to stop it. This isn’t an occasional issue it happens all the time. It’s unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for those with special needs.
Property is terrible, elevators are terrible, staff is rude, gates are broken, parking is a mess, valet choose when they want to work they are almost never out there. Just avoid this place if you plan on moving.
